CRMworx Standard Edition or IP Client

 

STEP1

CRMworx Standard Edition > Launch the crmworx.exe file from the Desktop shortcut or the Windows Program  menu.

CRMworx IP Client Edition > Launch the crmworxipc.exe file from the Desktop shortcut or the Windows Program  menu.

The CRMworx security option, when activated, creates a login window for user login, user password and unique Id for sales representatives.

The Login and Passwords are created by the CRMworx system Administrator.

 

User Tip: The Sales Rep # is used to automate some CRMworx functions for CRM follow-up and sales lead tracking. We suggest you use a mobile telephone number as the unique Sales Rep #:

STEP2

The "lead tracking" window may be used to:

 

Add new contacts and/or leads
Edit existing contacts and/or leads
Delete existing contacts and/or leads

The [Add Contact button] will open the contact form window and create a new record.

The [Edit button] will open the highlighted record with the contact form window.

The [Delete button] will delete the highlighted record.

The [Copy Client button] will copy the highlighted record and open the contact form window.

 

STEP3

The [Contact Id] is automatically generated.
The [Created by] is the person creating the record.
The [Assigned to] is the person working the lead.
The Zip code field is linked to a Zip TABLE, which can be created or imported.
The [Work Group #] is unique to an individual or a group of sales people and provides a secure method of partitioning the database from other sales people or groups.
The [Status] field may be used to reflect the status of the lead or the account.
The [Lead Source] may be used to reflect how the lead or contact was originated.

CRMworx provides three separate contacts per record and two separate addresses.
Use the Comments field to store text files, which may be cut and pasted from other windows applications like web browsers and email messages.

Additional information may be recorded for each contact or lead record by using the CRM Activity TABLE.
