The Import CSV File to Clients+Prospects option may be found under the File >Company Setup menu option.

 

 

Import Additional Prospects - Use the Import Additional Prospects button to append new records to the existing browse table.

 

Import New Prospects - Use the Import New Prospects to bring in a fresh database, over-writing all of the existing data.

 

User Tip: CSV File Format- a comma-delimited file format with header information that can be opened and saved by Excel and/or text-editors. This is the file format that CRMworx can import.

 

Once you click on either import option a navigation window will open so the appropriate import file may be selected.

 

 

Once the CSV file is selected click on the Open button and the Import Field Matchup window will appear.

 

Match each field in your CSV file with the appropriate field in CRMworx.
