| A. | Import QuickBooks Items from a QuickBooks.IIF file format. The QuickBooks.IIF file fields are automatically matched up to the Items file for CRMworx. CAUTION: This feature will OVER-WRITE your existing items. |
| B. | [i] Import Items from a CSV Items file (Appends). The user must match up the appropriate fields in the CSV file to the fields in the Items file for CRMworx. This feature will APPEND to your existing Items file in CRMworx. |
| C. | [!] Import Items from a CSV Items file (Over-writes). The user must match up the appropriate fields in the CSV file to the fields in the Items file for CRMworx. CAUTION: This feature will OVER-WRITE your existing items. |
User Tip: CSV File Format- a comma-delimited file format with header information that can be opened and saved by Excel and/or text-editors. This is the file format that CRMworx can import.
