You can import your website user names and passwords from an external program like CoffeeCup's Website Access Manager or other text-editors and spreadsheets.

Click on the [Import from Website Access Manager] button to import a new list of Users & Passwords.

 

The default location of the file may be stored in the Company setup file or you may navigate to a new location where the Password file was last saved.

 

 

Once you select the appropriate CSV file the click on the [Ok Import the File] button.

 

User Tip: CSV File Format- a comma-delimited file format with header information that can be opened and saved by Excel and/or text-editors. This is the file format that CRMworx can import.
