Recording CRM Activities and Histories

Contact Activities may be recorded in the Activity & History Journal, which are specific to each Client/Prospect. Activities or Client contact that require call-backs or follow-ups may be monitored with reminders that include the follow-up date and times.

Click on the [+Add History] to record an Activity, History and Followup-Reminders. The Activity screen will open in window. The Contract ID, Create Date & Time, Edit Date & Time are automatically entered. Also, CRMworx will attempt to add the Account Manager or Employee ID to the record according to the Login information.

 

The [Marketing Status] field and the [Activity] fields are supported by Lookup Tables to help you normalized or make your data more uniform.

 

User Tip: Check the [  ] Auto Open CRM Followup Reminders on the Account Manager/Rep setup screen if you wish to have Followup Reminders automatically opened on startup.
