Essential a User Group is a group of users, which may have the same security settings or access to the various parts of CRMworx.

 

Setting-up User Groups

 

 

Create a name for the Group. Set the Default Access for the Group. Set the Level to Operator. All users that you create for this Group will have the same security settings.
