The Work Group applies to Work Group filtering of the records that appear in a Browse Table. Work Group filtering may also apply to an individual user if the individual user is assigned a unique Work Group identification code.  Therefore, the Group or user can be assigned a unique code which may be applied to the Browse Table for Clients or the Browse Table for Orders/Proposals. Each of these files contains a Current Work Group (CWG) code. Therefore, when the CWG field is completed in each of the CRMworx table with the appropriate Work Group code, only the records that match the User Group or User's Workgroup Code (CWG) will appear in the various browse tables.
